About the house
Ca’ d’Muzzon is a beautifully renovated stone house located in the highest area of Roccaverano, 759 meters above sea level, in the Asti province of Piedmont. The house is easy to reach and ideally positioned in relation to four international airports: Milan, Turin, Genoa, and Nice.
The property offers breathtaking panoramic views over two mountain ranges, with the majestic French and Swiss Alps visible on the horizon, including Val d’Isère, Mont Blanc, Grand Combin, the Matterhorn, and Monte Rosa (Zermatt).
With a total living area of 410 m², the house is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. It features five double bedrooms and four bathrooms, a large modern kitchen, and three living rooms—two of which include dining tables seating 10 people. Four bedrooms are located on the first floor, while one is on the ground floor with easy wheelchair access and a spacious bathroom with a large shower.
The house enjoys a quiet and elevated position with sunlight from early morning until sunset, while still offering shaded areas throughout the day. All bedroom windows are fitted with shutters to protect from the sun and keep rooms cool and dark when needed.
Originally a traditional stone house, Ca’ d’Muzzon has been completely and respectfully renovated and is now equipped with all modern facilities. The interior preserves a warm, rustic character, combining local sandstone (Pietra di Langa) with original wooden beams above doors and windows. For added atmosphere and comfort, the house features three fireplaces located in the basement, living room, and kitchen.
