THE HOUSE

Ca’ d’Muzzon is the Piedmontese name for Casa del Manzoni and is located at the highest area (Roccaverano 759 meter above sea level) in the Asti Province of Piedmont. Easy to reach and located ideally with respect to 4 international airports (Milan, Turin, Genova, Nice).

From the house, we overlook two mountain ranges with the majestic French and Swiss alps forming the breath-taking panorama view in the horison (Val d'Isère, Mont Blanc, Grand Combin, Matterhorn, Monta Rosa (Zermat)).

The house is 410 m2 designed to host 10 people contains of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a large modern kitchen, and 3 living rooms (two with tables for 10 persons).

The ideal and quiet position of the house allows sun from early morning to sunset, and always with sections in shade. All bedroom windows have shutters to protect against sun and keep the rooms dark and cool.

4 bedrooms are on the first floor and one on ground floor (easy access for wheelchairs with a large bathroom, large shower).

The stone house has been completely and respectfully renovated and equipped with all modern facilities.

The interior is kept in a rustic style combining the traditional local sandstone (Pietra di Langa) and the original wooden beams over doors and windows.

There are 3 fireplaces in the house (basement, living room, kitchen).
